Brad Thalwitzer is a professional licensed engineer with approximately two decades of experience designing HVAC systems for commercial buildings.  Brad has worked on many exciting projects during his engineering career that have included the 1.1 million sf Comcast high rise as well as designing data centers for Verizon Wireless nationwide.  He currently provides firm wide leadership and direction for projects ranging in scale from small renovations to large buildings. His unique blend of engineering and project management allows for smooth design solutions for many of the firm’s projects.

Brad is a graduate of Drexel University and is currently a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineer. Brad is a LEED Accredited Professional, who believes that sustainable design is the future and he specializes in incorporating efficient design practices. Brad is prepared to assist owners and architects in their projects becoming LEED certified. In addition, Brad is also a certified commissioning authority in the ACG Commissioning group.
