Philadelphia, PA – January 1, 2025 – We are pleased to announce the promotion of Rob Knese, PE, LEED AP, to Director. Rob has been an invaluable member of our team for over 30 years, bringing his expertise, leadership, and dedication to a wide variety of construction projects.

Throughout his career, Rob has contributed to projects spanning healthcare, retail, education, commercial office, religious, pharmaceutical and mission critical / data center sectors. As an Associate, he managed client relations, coordinated project teams, oversaw project trades, and ensured both financial and technical success. Rob’s hands-on approach, from project initiation to completion, has made him an indispensable asset to our clients and our firm.

In his new role as Director, Rob will lead the firm’s mechanical engineering department, providing technical leadership, setting and maintaining company-wide engineering standards, and ensuring the highest level of quality control. Rob will be responsible for overseeing staff management, resource allocation, and project supervision, while continuing to guide the technical aspects of projects. His leadership will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of Wick Fisher White.

Rob’s responsibilities will also extend to business development and client relations, helping to grow Wick Fisher White’s portfolio and maintain strong client relationships. His promotion is a testament to his hard work and the integral role he plays within our firm.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Temple University and is an active member of ASHRAE, the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers.
