“The decision to hire someone with specific building controls experience was strategic to the firm’s overall business goals.” States President, Tony DiLeonardo.  “In such a competitive market, being able to add value to our projects and save money for our clients is key.”

Building Systems Controls has become increasingly more important for energy savings and optimizing the building’s total cost of ownership. Having this expertise on staff will help the Wick Fisher White team to better assist clients for many reasons.   It will not only enhance the detail of their designs but it will also allow for help with the installation part of the project, enabling the team to safe guard the client from discrepancies and mistakes during the construction process.  Also, this type of expertise has proven to be very beneficial when providing commissioning services by allowing for better review and deciphering of contractor drawings into test procedures – ultimately, helping to more thoroughly understand how the systems should operate and be tested.

Feedback has been very positive, with one critical facilities client saying, “Andy has a lot of knowledge in this field which gives me a good confidence level.”

“We are really excited to have Andy on board.  In upholding our values to adhere to the highest levels of engineering excellence and strive toward continuous improvement and innovation, we believe his specific insight and knowledge will help take our firm to the next level of design and commissioning.”  President, Tony DiLeonardo
