Wick Fisher White was responsible for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing & fire protection design of the 7,000 sf office expansion and an additional 1,000 sf renovation to the existing space. The expansion featured a 2,300 sf state of the art video meeting room with raised tiered seating for 100 people with a podium and video wall including three large flat panel video monitors. All of the seating is assessable to power and data via recessed floor boxes. The room also features LED lighting with multiple lighting scenes and a dedicated ventilation unit to accommodate the increased outside air demand. The project also involved the installation of a small commercial kitchen for a preparation of lunches for company employees by the owner’s personal chef.
