Wick Fisher White provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design and construction administration services for the renovation of Comcast Spectacor’s Penthouse Level office space at the Wells Fargo Center arena, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The renovations included approximately 7,700 sq. ft. of executive office space, and were highlighted by the conversion of Ed Snider’s former corner office into an executive conference room, specifically designed to pay tribute to the late Flyers Owner and Comcast Spectacor Chairman. Overall the renovations were a continuation of a refresh and restacking program undertaken by Comcast Spectacor for their east office tower at the Wells Fargo Center complex.
