Wick Fisher White is looking for an engineer to design electrical building systems. The ideal fit for this role will be an electrical engineer with at least 5 years’ experience, who is looking to continue to grow their professional skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design lighting, power, and fire alarm systems for buildings.

• Familiarity with commercial, education, health care, and/or mission-critical sectors.

• Communicate and coordinate with other project engineers to coordinate design requirements.

• Write and prepare technical reports & specifications.

• Survey and document existing conditions.

• Travel to client sites as needed.

Basic Qualifications & Experience: 

• 5+ Years of experience in electrical engineering within the consulting engineering industry

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field

• Proficiency in AutoCAD

• Proficiency in Revit

• Field survey experience

• Knowledge of short circuit, coordination, and arc flash studies.

Although not required, an outstanding candidate would have:

• PE License

• Commissioning and/or testing experience.

• SKM Power Tools experience.
