Wick Fisher White provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design services for the conversion of a Saks Fifth Avenue anchor store into a mixed-use “mall expansion”. The existing three-level Saks store was converted into inline retail tenants, restaurants, and an AMC movie complex located on the upper floor.
