Wick Fisher White was contracted to provide commissioning services for 400 Alexander Park located in West Windsor Township, NJ.   This 71,332 sf, 4 story office building included three (3) packaged rooftop units that serve the upper 3 floors and a variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system serving the first and second floor core.  Terminal units included fan powered variable air volume boxes and VRF evaporators.  The VRF system included three (3) air-to-air heat recovery systems for ventilation, and a dedicated outside air system for the toilet room.  Commissioning was performed for all the mechanical components along with the four (4) electric domestic water heaters and lighting control system.  In addition, our team completed fundamental commissioning in pursuit of LEED certification. During the process Wick Fisher White identified deficiencies in the system that the client is now working with the engineer to resolve.
