Wick Fisher White provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design services for the Southstar Lofts located at Broad and South Streets in Center City, Philadelphia. The seven-story mixed use building had 85 apartment units, 5 street level retail spaces, an enclosed parking garage, and a resident fitness center. The project included energy efficient systems and sustainable elements which enabled the building to receive a LEED silver certification in 2014.
