GSK leased 109,000 sf of shell office and lab space in order to house its new joint venture, Consumer Healthcare Headquarters with Novartis.  Wick Fisher White was responsible for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design as well as the commissioning of the lab area on floor one.  Throughout the process Wick Fisher White determined items that were not completed during construction as well as areas that needed to be fined tuned – ultimately ensuring that client goals were achieved.  

HVAC Systems that were commissioned included the following:  

  • Supply, Return and Exhaust air distribution

  • Reheat coils

  • Building Automation System controls

  • Air Handler ( DX )

  • Exhaust Fans 

  • Heat Recovery System

  • Lab Services including Compressed Air

  • Electrical Power and Metering

  • Lighting Controls 

  • Chemical Fume Hood alarms
