Wick Fisher White provided the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design services for renovations and expansion of this 200,000 sf open air retail space, North Commons in North Haven, CT. Included in the project was design to accommodate five big box style stores such as Best Buy, Petco, Toys R Us, Babies R Us, Linens ‘n Things and Ulta as well as two multi-tenant small shop buildings. Also, included in the project was the design for Red Lobster and Olive Garden restaurants. Our team also performed the design for the site lighting and dry utilities.
