Amerihealth - Building 200

After AmeriHealth occupied its new headquarters at Ellis Preserve, a renovation was needed to accommodate the new occupants at 200 Stevens Drive, Tinicum Township, PA. Wick Fisher White provided the mechanical (HVAC), electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design for the complete office renovation. In addition, given the decreased occupancy in the building resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, AmeriHealth capitalized on the timing and decided to undergo infrastructure upgrades. The upgrade included new HVAC rooftop units, generators, power distribution system, and fire alarm system.

This renovation project transformed a 213,000-square-foot single-tenant building through a complete office space redesign and significant infrastructure upgrades, enhancing the facility's modernization and functionality. In addition, it brought the quality of finishes, lighting, and building systems in line with AmeriHealth Caritas’ headquarters at Ellis Preserve.
