Cooke & Bieler Office Fit-out

Wick Fisher White provided MEP/FP design and construction administration services for the fit-out of new office space on the fortieth floor of the Two Commerce Square building, located at 2001 Market Street, for Cooke & Bieler, an established investment firm based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  Cooke & Bieler relocated their offices to Two Commerce Square in 2020 and currently occupies the entire fortieth floor.

 The project scope included the fit-out of approximately 14,600 sq. ft. of Class A commercial office space. The space plan includes private offices, open office workstations, meeting rooms, a pantry/dining area, a server room, and general office support spaces.  The project also included the renovation of the core toilet rooms and the construction of a new ADA restroom.
