Wick Fisher White provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design and construction administration services for 1.1 million sf of space at the Comcast Headquarters at 1701 JFK Boulevard in Philadelphia, PA. Our team was responsible for the tenant fit-out design of 56 floors which included executive space, several data centers, a fitness center, kitchen / cafeteria areas, a multi-story executive area atrium, training conference room, and general open office space. Wick Fisher White assisted Comcast in coordinating and upgrading electrical power with the base building design team.
