Wick Fisher White provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for a two-story vertical addition to the existing single story Wyeth Building in South Philadelphia. The addition included a new elevator and first floor entrance lobby. The second floor included a hospice unit with patient rooms, nursing areas, a pharmacy and administrative offices. The third floor included three suites, an outpatient infusion suite, a doctor's office, and a shelled space for a future tenant fit-out. The outpatient infusion suite was designed to accommodate ten infusion areas, with a reception area, a waiting room, patient lavatories, nutrition, medication and pharmacy rooms, clean and soiled utility, office and staff break room. The medical office design also included two physician offices, four exam room, as well as reception and waiting areas. A portion of the floor was shelled for a future tenant.
