This 152,000 square foot floor was originally designed as standard office space for GSK’s Oncology group. As part of their move toward open office, all floors were renovated to provide a healthy and more collaborative working environment. Wick Fisher White provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design to support this new space which included sustainable strategies. Energy efficient elements included advanced lighting control, low flow plumbing fixtures and the use of occupancy sensors to limit ventilation in unoccupied areas. The project was phased over five years.
