Roosevelt Field is the second-largest shopping mall in the state of New York and is the tenth largest in the country. It contains 270 stores which include anchors such as Bloomingdale’s, JC Penney, Macy’s, Nordstrom, and Dick’s Sporting Goods. t is located in Garden City, New York. Wick Fisher White recently worked on the renovation and expansion of this world-class retail center solidifying it as a flagship mall in Simon Property Group’s portfolio.

The renovation included a modern mall concourse, new mall entrances, the relocation of the food court, exterior upgrades, increased parking and modified skylight designs. Also, the project involved an expansion of the mall to a new Neiman Marcus anchor, two additional mall entrances and a new parking garage. Wick Fisher White performed the mechanical, electrical and plumbing design including site lighting and dry utilities as well as networked sound and building management systems.
