Wick Fisher White provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design services for the conversion of a Saks Fifth Avenue anchor store into a mixed-use “mall expansion”. The existing three-level Saks store was converted into inline retail tenants, restaurants, and an AMC movie complex located on the upper floor.

In addition, Wick Fisher White provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design for Phase II of a major overall redevelopment at The Shops at Riverside for Simon Property Group in Hackensack, NJ. This phase included a complete mall renovation with new lighting, flooring, restroom upgrades, and modifications to the mall entrances.  The project was part of an overall plan to upgrade and modernize the mall common areas and provide a better customer experience.
