Wick Fisher White provided MEP/FP and telecom design and construction administration services for the interior renovations of two legacy office buildings for a financial services corporation located in southeastern Pennsylvania. The renovations were undertaken as part of a campus wide initiative to modernize the occupant workspaces from cubicle farms to flexible, open work stations and collaborative spaces, while employing the latest advances in office technologies.  The separate projects included the complete interior renovations of a four-story, 148,000 sq. ft. building, and a three-story, 96,000 sq. ft. building, respectively.

Under the project scopes, all open and enclosed office areas and collaborative spaces were reconfigured, and new furniture, finishes, lighting, audio/visual and tele/data were provided throughout.  The existing building mechanical and electrical systems were modified and, in many cases, upgraded to suit the renovation scope. Integrated lighting and HVAC controls were provided across the work areas.  Additionally, both projects incorporated sustainability strategies and have obtained LEED certification for commercial interiors.
