The SoNo Collection is a new ground-up retail shopping center featuring approximately 725,000-sf of retail shops and restaurants anchored by a Bloomingdale's and Nordstrom. This new retail destination located in Norwalk, CT consists of a three-level mall featuring a street level plaza and restaurants, in addition to an eight-level parking garage. This project required years of coordination and teamwork with the architect, civil engineer, structural engineer and the construction manager. Wick Fisher White provided the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and fire alarm design for both the mall and the parking garage.
