The Shops at Kenilworth project consisted of a renovation to the existing 140,000-sf mall as well as a 35,000-sf addition that included two new restaurants and associated hardscape lighting and décor. Specifically, our team provided mechanical, electrical, fire protection and plumbing design for new lighting and power distribution throughout the mall, a new fire alarm system, relocation of a utility pad mounted transformer, relocation of a large existing tenant from the lower floor to a new location on the upper floor, new vertical transportation and exterior facade.
